Atlas & Onyx moves documents, parcels and pallets for businesses that need to answer "where is it" without picking up the phone.
We started on one route between two cities with three vans and a whiteboard. The whiteboard is now this platform: the same board our dispatchers work from is the board our customers look at. Every scan, status change and payment decision is written down and attributed, which is why our support desk can answer a question in one message instead of three.
